Basically, I am five-foot-seven, weigh 208 lbs., and am only twenty-one years old. I feel out of shape, icky, and unhealthy. It's high time for me to stop bitching about being a chub and just do something about it. So here I am. I'm using CalorieCounter.About.com to help keep myself on track. This journal is to celebrate, to vent, to generally let out my feelings as I make this lifestyle change and work toward my goal of 175 lbs.
